Proposed Amendments to the Live-in Caregiver Program November 27, 2014 The CBA supports reforms to the caregiver program, but has concerns about using Ministerial Instructions to this end. It is also concerned that the transition to the new "Caregiver Program" might cause hardship for those under the existing program.
