Since 2005, the Immigration Law Section has offered pro bono services in times of natural or political disaster. These initiatives aim to provide services, without charge, to individuals affected by ongoing crisis who wish to come to Canada. At the moment, pro bono services are available for individuals affected by the crisis in Afghanistan and the crisis in Ukraine.
