Newest edition of CCLR now available: Vol. 35.2

The newest edition of the Canadian Competition Law Review is now available online! Volume 35, No. 2 of the CCLR features articles on “The Competition Bureau’s Rejection of Efficiency as the Key Criterion in Competition Policy: A Critique” (Edward Iacobucci), “When Should We Look Out For The Little Guy? An Examination of the Inconsistencies in Antitrust Enforcement of Monopsony Power in Canada and the United States” (Susan M. Hutton, Naime Isaj, Laura Rowe and D. Daniel Sokol) and the 2022 James H. Bocking Memorial Award winner “Algorithmic Collusion: From Smokeroom to Code Lines? How Collusion Can Evolve & Are We Prepared” (Laura Hamdan).

The CCLR is published twice annually by the CBA Competition Law and Foreign Investment Review Section. The CCLR editorial board accepts submissions year-round; the deadline for submissions for the Spring 2023 edition is February 1, 2023.
