Newest edition of CCLR now available: Vol. 35.1

The newest edition of the Canadian Competition Law Review is now available online! Volume 35, No. 1 of the CCLR features articles on “Proposals for Amending the Competition Act” (Thomas W Ross), “Blurred Lines: How the Dow v Nova and Royal J&M Distributing Cases May Confuse Remedies Under the Competition Act” (James Musgrove and Janine MacNeil, with assistance from Madeline Klimek), “Greenwashing: What Is It and Why It Matters” (Antonio Di Domenico, Huy Do and Robin Spillette), “The Retail Gasoline Price-Fixing Cartel in Quebec” (Marcel Boyer) and ” A Note on the Unique Implications of Consumer Price Sensitivity for Merger Assessment in Canada” (Ian Cass and Dimitri Dimitropoulos).

The CCLR is published twice annually by the CBA Competition Law and Foreign Investment Review Section. The CCLR editorial board accepts submissions year-round; the deadline for submissions for the Fall 2022 edition is October 1, 2022.
