Gender Equality & Diversity


The International Initiatives Program has adopted CBA’s longstanding commitment to equality. We incorporate a holistic, knowledge-based and accountable approach to equality in all our programming and project work.

CBA International Initiatives is committed to the creation of environments which will enable everyone, regardless of sex, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, language, age, disability or socio-economic status to access their rights.

Gender equality and diversity issues are integrated in each project stage as we work toward achieving equality for vulnerable and historically marginalized groups. This work requires a long-term and continuous commitment, together with an effective strategy for implementation.
