SOLID INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE

In collaboration with staff, the CBA International Initiatives Director is directly responsible for implementing and managing international projects, including:

  • Collaborating with outside institutions
  • Selecting, allocating and managing staff resources
  • Managing finances
  • Accountability to and liaison with funders, including contract reporting requirements

Our staff has international experience and institutional project management skills. While each staff member has a particular management responsibility, our team approach leverages the expertise of individual staff members to maximize program benefits.
