The CBA Air and Space Law Section is pleased to announce Ashley Reid is the first-ever winner of the Air and Space Law Essay Contest, for her paper entitled Legal and Factual Obstacles to the Enforcement of Patents in Outer Space. Ashley Reid is a second-year student at the University of Alberta’s Faculty of Law.
