Each year, our Section spotlights a pivotal Supreme Court of Canada decision to ensure our members stay informed with the most influential rulings which shape the public sector legal landscape. As Chair, I am excited to announce that on November 6, 2023 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm (ET), we will be focussing on the Supreme Court of Canada’s decision of Hansman v Neufeld, 2023 SCC 14.

Key Public Sector Cases Across Canada: Hansman v Neufeld, 2023 SCC 14 – November 6, 2023
