The CBA Family Law Section’s mandate covers:

  • Law and practice related to the family unit, including relations between family members and the family and society
  • Establishment, jurisdiction, procedure and organization of courts and tribunals that deal with family law matters
  • Practice of lawyers before courts and tribunals responsible for cases involving family issues
