Viscount Bennett Fellowship winner announced

The winner of the 2016 CBA Viscount Bennett Fellowship is Daniel Del Gobbo, a student in the S.J.D. program at the University of Toronto whose study area “falls at the intersections of alternative dispute resolution and feminist legal theory.”

Alberta Energy Regulator, an intriguing appeal of the approval of an oil sands development in which the Alberta Court of Appeal would be asked to define the Alberta Energy Regulator’s jurisdiction to decide constitutional questions.
