Modernizing Official Languages Act

The CBA says the Official Languages Act should be modernized to reflect Canada's linguistic realities, and recommends improvements to access to justice in both official languages and to the bilingual capacity of the courts.

Coalition for Small Business Tax Fairness Feedback on Revised Tax Proposals for Private Corporations
