The CBA Commodity Tax, Customs and Trade Section deals with legal issues including:

  • Rules of origin
  • Procurement
  • Trade remedies
  • Import and export controls

Our Section consults regularly with the federal government (see committees below) and other groups. We are involved in the Federal Court and Tax Court review process. We actively promote the CBA’s objectives in the area of commodity tax, customs and trade law.
