CBA MUNICIPAL LAW AWARD OF EXCELLENCE
Our Section will be presenting an award to an outstanding practitioner of local government law. The Award of Excellence seeks to recognize a lawyer who has made a significant contribution or notable achievement in municipal law.

ESSAY CONTEST WINNER
The Section is pleased to announce Kala Bryson as the winner of the Municipal Law Section Student Essay Contest for the paper “Reconstructing the Role and Responsibility of Local Governments in Making the Built Environment Accessible”. Kala Bryson is a third-year law student at UVic Law.
