Montgomery Miles & Stone is a solicitor law firm located in Kelowna, BC and we have an immediate need for an associate lawyer.
Our new associate lawyer will practice in: Business and Banking Transactions; Real Estate Conveyancing and Development; and Estate Planning/Administration. The right person will be someone who has either a broad experience in these areas, or a focused knowledge in one of these areas along with a desire to learn and expand their knowledge.
While knowledge is important, fit is essential. To be considered a great fit at our law firm, you must:
- have professional and positive attitude towards the practice of law;
- be looking to build a long term career - we are looking for future partners;
- be committed to delivering the highest quality of work;
- be willing to learn and pass on your knowledge to others; and
- have fully completed your articles, be comfortable managing your own files and directly supervising assistants and paralegals, and ideally have 2-3 years’ of practice experience.
