The CBA intervened in Iggillis Holdings Inc. v Canada (National Revenue) at the Federal Court of Appeal in Edmonton. Mark Tonkovich, Jacques Bernier, and Stephanie Dewey of Baker McKenzie appeared for the CBA in this matter of common interest privilege.
