The CBA has written to the federal Minister of Justice to express its unqualified support for a plan to modernize the technology and create a fully electronic-based system for the Federal Court, Tax Court and Federal Court of Appeal.
Enhanced access to justice, transparency, efficiency, security, improved service to the public are among the many reasons for supporting the initiative.
