"Is Everything up for Grabs?" - Modernization of Canadian Competition Law and Policy

The Fall Conference arrives on the heels of significant “Phase I” amendments to the Competition Act introduced through implementation of the 2022 Federal Budget and an anticipated “Phase II”, a broader consultation about competition legislation and policy which may have commenced by the time of the Conference.
