Join members of the CBA Energy, Environment and Resources Law Section and their Justice counterparts as they engage in dialogue surrounding current environment, energy and resources topics. DOJ day is accredited.

This program is FREE for CBA members and Justice Canada personnel. Get your CPD hours and gain valuable new information you can use right away.

All sessions will be presented live and in English only. On-demand recordings will not be provided.

Gowling WLG – David Estrin Prize

Read Cindy Kim’s winning paper: “In the Wake of Redwater: Environmental Claims in the Context of Canadian Bankruptcy and Insolvency Law”. The prize is presented annually for the best scholarly paper submitted to the Section on a subject directly related to environmental, energy or resources law in Canada.
