These qualities may be exhibited through their CBA work (but not limited to) originality in initiative/program development, demonstrated leadership in talent development, the introduction of an innovative member service or a major operational efficiency in program implementation.

Prize

The Award consists of a $1,000 cash prize, and if needed, return airfare to the meeting and one night’s accommodation to attend the 2016 CBA Canadian Legal Conference in Ottawa in August where the Award is presented.  An engraved plaque will be presented to the winner.
