This year’s Section Executive Committee is a dedicated group of volunteer judges from all over the country and various jurisdictions, and we want to hear from you!
Under Reserve (November 18)
Join us for informal opportunities to network, share ideas and ask questions about issues and hot topics – called “Under Reserve”! Each session will include a facilitator to lead discussion via Zoom Meeting. These programs are exclusively available (free) to CBA member judges and will be conducted in the language as specified. First up: Easing and Tightening of Public Health Restrictions Affecting the Courts.

- Reconciliation webinar – coming soon! Building positive and mutual relationships with Indigenous communities is an ongoing and evolving journey. Learn more about the role of the judiciary in this important journey.
- Managing reserve judgments is a challenge at all levels of court and a resource tool for the judiciary will be valuable. Stay tuned! The Section expects to release its “Tips for Managing Reserve Judgments” resource later this fall!
