The CBA Environmental, Energy and Resources Law Summit is visiting our East-Coast friends for our upcoming conference
A Transformational Economy: Major Projects and Major Project Approvals
Canada’s ability to expand and diversify international trade hinges on significant investments in energy and infrastructure projects in the near future. To that end, both federal and provincial governments have committed to fast tracking significant nation-building projects.
Join us in exploring the opportunities, challenges, various perspectives (including Indigenous), and potential legal pitfalls (including litigation risks and regulatory quandaries) associated with recent legislative and policy initiatives designed to expedite the development of major projects such as ports, mines and energy projects. The summit will also explore other recent developments of interest to legal practitioners in the environmental, energy and resources law space both across Canada and internationally.
The conference will be hosted in Halifax at the Halifax Convention Centre from April 27-28, 2026. Don’t forget to register for the event!
Take advantage of the CPD hours for the event.
Our room block is also ending soon, book before March 27, 2026 for a great room rate at the Prince George Hotel.
