Mandate
The Reviewable Matters/Unilateral Conduct Committee deals with all aspects of the Competition Act's reviewable matters provisions, including abuse of dominance, price maintenance, refusal to deal, exclusive dealing and tied selling, as well as related policy and enforcement matters.
