The CBA observes International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia by offering recommendations surrounding the use of the Notwithstanding Clause of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms
The CBA National office will be closed from December 23 to January 1 for the holidays and will resume normal operations on January 2.
