The CBA recommends changes to the reinstated Court Challenges Program to ensure its effectiveness, its contribution to equality and access to justice in Canada, and to include Aboriginal and treaty rights.
The CBA National office will be closed from December 23 to January 1 for the holidays and will resume normal operations on January 2.
