The CBA comments on the Report of the Hague Experts’ Group on Parentage and International Surrogacy Arrangements and encourages further work by the Hague Conference on Private International Law.
The CBA National office will be closed from December 23 to January 1 for the holidays and will resume normal operations on January 2.
