The CBA comments on Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s review of the current assessment process for cases involving excessive demand on health and social services, in section 38(1)(c) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.
The CBA National office will be closed from December 23 to January 1 for the holidays and will resume normal operations on January 2.
