The CBA comments on the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institution's Draft Instruction Guide on applications for authorization of amendments that would reduce benefits in defined benefit pension plans.
The CBA National office will be closed from December 23 to January 1 for the holidays and will resume normal operations on January 2.
