The CBA comments on the memorandum of agreement as well as draft federal and provincial legislation forming the framework of new a national cooperative securities regulatory system and is concerned about the amount of detail being left to regulation.
The CBA National office will be closed from December 23 to January 1 for the holidays and will resume normal operations on January 2.
