This bill permits increased disclosure of information in national security reviews of foreign investments. The CBA seeks a balance between transparency of decisions under the ICA and protecting legitimate commercial confidentiality interests.
The CBA National office will be closed from December 23 to January 1 for the holidays and will resume normal operations on January 2.
