The CBA says the Administrative Tribunals Support Services Act (part of the budget omnibus Bill C-31) may impair operations of federal administrative tribunals, and should be withdrawn pending consultations with key users and advocates.
The CBA National office will be closed from December 23 to January 1 for the holidays and will resume normal operations on January 2.
