The CBA comments on proposed revisions to the conflict of interest rules in the Federation of Law Societies of Canada’s Model Code of Professional Conduct, and encourages them to consult broadly on these and future amendments.
The CBA National office will be closed from December 23 to January 1 for the holidays and will resume normal operations on January 2.
