The purpose of this protocol is to make use of existing class action legislation, the Rules of Court and Rules of Civil Procedure in various provincial jurisdictions to facilitate the management of multijurisdictional class actions.
The CBA National office will be closed from December 23 to January 1 for the holidays and will resume normal operations on January 2.
