The Annual Meeting of the Canadian Bar Association will be held on February 26, 2026 in Ottawa, Ontario and virtually across Canada.
Submit a resolution
The deadline for submitting resolutions for debate at the Annual General Meeting is December 5, 2025.
Resolutions shall not exceed 300 words and shall include:
- The preamble (if any), giving concise, factual information about the nature of the problem or reason for the action being requested
- A resolving clause, clearly outlining the action to be taken
- A completed submission form
