Charting a Course for Success: Navigating the Early Years

Meanwhile, those interested in the labour and employment law sector should attend those sessions to hear how – in the early years of their practice – lawyers often make the mistake of focusing only on files and building a practice, while overlooking the developing of support networks, coping skills and a broader perspective. This cohort stream will discuss topics such as dealing with intimidating senior counsel, how to manage panic moments, the importance of mental and physical wellness and getting involved in professional organizations.
