Leveraging external technology resources within government structures – Access to Information – December 3, 2021

This session is intended to initiate the conversation around the use of technology resources to assist public sector lawyers. More specifically, the session will address ways in which Federal, provincial and municipal institutions can leverage technology and innovation now and in the future to advance the principle of transparency in a manner that meets the public interest and accords with the modern needs of a digital society.

Speaker: Duncan Fraser, Partner at Noticia LLP

One of Canada’s leading eDiscovery lawyers, Duncan has over 20 years’ experience in both public and private practice, including substantial litigation experience in fraud, aboriginal, environmental and injunctive matters. Duncan advises law firms and corporate and government clients in complex litigation and evidentiary matters.
