Bill C-4, An Act to amend the Canada Labour Code, the Parliamentary Employment and Staff Relations Act, the Public Service Labour Relations Act and the Income Tax Act April 13, 2016 The CBA supports the parts of Bill C-4 that repeal Bill C-377, which introduced strict requirements for labour organizations to report expenditures. The CBA restates its privacy, constitutional and pensions law concerns with Bill C-377.
