YOUR EXECUTIVE AT WORK
Pensions and employee benefits have become a hot topic over the last few years, partly due to the challenges and opportunities arising as a result of the pandemic but also due to the many new developments that have occurred.
The Executive Committee continues to focus on increasing Section membership by providing value to members. Again, we are aiming to engage new lawyers throughout the CBA. We want to hear from you!

ADVOCACY WORK
As in previous years, representatives of the Section will be meeting with Finance Canada, the Canada Revenue Agency and the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions this spring. Your Executive is also scheduling a meeting with the Canadian Association of Pension Supervisory Authorities later in the spring.
Please send us your ideas for discussion topics for these meetings by March 31, 2023. We look forward to hearing from you.
