Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO) Town Hall

  • April 10, 2018

New this year

The CBA IP Section’s IP Day on May 31 will include a Town Hall run by the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO). The main focus of the CIPO session will be on the implementation of the treaties for Industrial Design, Trademarks, and Patents. In advance of the session, we are looking for questions or concerns from our CBA members for CIPO to consider at the Town Hall.

Please submit questions or concerns that you have for CIPO, particularly with respect to the implementation of the treaties on Industrial Design, Trademark, and Patent, to be included in the Town Hall. Your questions should be submitted to Steve Seiferling or Erin Best no later than Wednesday April 18, 2018. Please take a few minutes to send us a question, so that your voice can be heard by CIPO, and your question answered.
