- September 2017: Open to all law students, the Section continues to hold its annual Atrium Law School Essay Competition on construction and infrastructure law.
- September 28, 2017: Register for the newly created “Introduction to Construction Law and Construction Projects” webinar series, targeted for lawyers new to construction and infrastructure law.
- October 26, 2017: Register for the Good Faith in Construction Contracts Updates webinar. A panel of leading experts from across Canada will present on recent developments on the law of good faith in construction contracts.
- October 2018: We will hold our biennial construction law conference in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Our speakers will discuss P3s, the Infrastructure Bank, and the most recent developments in construction law. Stay tuned for more information.
