Mandate

The Corporate Counsel and Compliance Committee deals with competition law issues of interest for in-house lawyers and aims to help develop and sustain the legal and practical skills of in-house counsel in substantive and procedural aspects of competition law and policy, including in particular all competition compliance matters.
