Daniel Rosenbluth is the winner of the 2015 Paul Smith Memorial Award for his paper entitled “Deference on Ministerial Interpretations of Law?”.

Dan Rosenbluth is graduating from Queen’s University Faculty of Law in 2015. Upon graduation, he will complete his articles with Paliare Roland Rosenberg Rothstein LLP in Toronto. Dan was an enthusiastic student of administrative law while at Queen’s, representing the school as an oralist in the 2014 Laskin Moot in Fredericton. Dan was also actively involved in the life of the law school as a peer tutor, research assistant, and associate editor for the Queen’s Law Journal.
