ADVANCING ADMINISTRATIVE LAW

The CBA Administrative Law Section’s mandate includes:

  • Legislation that confers judicial or rulemaking powers on public officials
  • The administration of such legislation
  • Administrative tribunal jurisdiction, procedure and organization
  • Practice of lawyers before administrative tribunals
  • Legal practice relating to government
  • Judicial review of the exercise of administrative powers

Our Section liaises regularly with the Council of Canadian Administrative Tribunals.
