Today we fulfill payout statement and discharge or transfer requests through the FCT Payout Services program within the FCT LLC PORTAL and via fax. As part of RBC’s commitment to providing you with more efficient servicing of requests, we are working towards a future where RBC will no longer require faxed or emailed requests for payout statements and/or discharge/transfer requests.
Note that there is no cost to use the FCT LLC portal for discharge/payouts.
