Public consultation on Phase 4 monitoring of the OECD Anti-Bribery Convention

Phase 4 of country-monitoring is focused more on detection, enforcement, and corporate liability, and other major topics relevant to adequate implementation of the Convention's obligations.

On December 9, 2014, the OECD will be hosting a face-to-face consultation with stakeholders in Paris.
