Role Description

Our top client is searching for the next member of their subrogation litigation team.

Our Downtown client is currently seeking a subrogation lawyer with a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing subrogation litigation.

Compensation is best of class. Enjoy a larger platform with full support.

Duties:

As a member of our clients' subrogation strike team, you will independently handle an active practice covering a wide range of subrogated claims.

Beneficial Experience

• Experience handling subrogated claims is an asset
• Experience in managing commercial litigation, construction claims and / or fire and flood losses.
• Expertise in drafting pleadings, conducting discoveries, mediations, and trials.
• A member in good standing with the Law Society Of Ontario
