The Director of Public Interest Disclosure oversees the Public Interest Disclosure (PID) Teams, which are responsible for managing requests for advice, investigating or referring disclosures of wrongdoing and complaints of reprisal under the Public Interest Disclosure Act (PIDA). The Director oversees all of the file work under PIDA and leads the development, implementation and evaluation of PIDA policies and procedures. The position is also responsible for supporting the implementation of PIDA to organizations in the public sector.

This posting is for one permanent, full-time opportunity. An eligibility list may be established to fill similar future vacancies in a full-time temporary or permanent capacity. Temporary positions may become full-time, permanent status. This position is excluded from union membership. Some travel is required.
Upon successful completion of the 6-month probationary period, this position is eligible for 5% salary lift and a hybrid work arrangement in accordance with the office’s Work Arrangements Policy.
