The CBA supports the Judges Act amendments in the Economic Action Plan 2014 Act (Bill C-31) to increase the number of superior court judges in Alberta and Quebec. This will improve access to justice.
The CBA National office will be closed from December 23 to January 1 for the holidays and will resume normal operations on January 2.
