The CBA agrees with mandatory liability insurance for members of the College of Patent Agents and Trademark Agents, and recommends not duplicating insurance requirements for lawyers and law firms.
The CBA National office will be closed from December 23 to January 1 for the holidays and will resume normal operations on January 2.
