The CBA says a proposed change in the Privacy Commissioner’s position on transfers of information for processing could introduce uncertainty in the law and be inconsistent with PIPEDA.
The CBA National office will be closed from December 23 to January 1 for the holidays and will resume normal operations on January 2.
