The CBA welcomes a longer phase-in period to eliminate billed-basis accounting in the Income Tax Act, but reiterates concerns and recommendations to ensure the proposal does not hinder access to justice.
The CBA National office will be closed from December 23 to January 1 for the holidays and will resume normal operations on January 2.
